	Chapter 10. Petroleum Products §1001. Sale of petroleum products. §1001. Sale of petroleum products. No person shall sell, offer for sale, or cause to be sold any petroleum or petroleum products unless such products are sold in a can, jar, or other container which is clearly marked and designated as to its contents. Whosoever shall violate this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100.00, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
