§601. Prison inmates' heads to be shaved.
For purposes of sanitation and
identification, all persons incarcerated under court sentence in the State
shall have their heads shaved on the day the sentence commences to run,
and at least every 30 days thereafter when the sentence is for more than
30 days. The Chief of Police shall be responsible for enforcing the
provisions of this section.
