     § 1501. Establishment.
     There is hereby established a Legislative Reference Library and Museum of the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature.

     § 1502.  Use.
     The Legislative Reference Library and Museum shall be available for the use of all persons in the Truk District Chuuk State, in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the President and the Speaker of the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature or his their delegated representatives, and the Legislative Reference Library and Museum personnel.

     § 1503.  Operations.
     The President and the Speaker of the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature or his their designated representatives and the Legislative Reference Library and Museum personnel shall be responsible for the efficient operation, functioning, and development of the Legislative Reference Library and Museum.

     § 1504.  Title to Property.
     The title to any and all Legislative Reference Library and/or Museum property is and shall continue to be in the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature.

     § 1505.  Gifts.
     The President and the Speaker of the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature or his their designated representatives and the  Legislative Reference Library and Museum personnel are hereby authorized to accept on behalf of, and in the name of, the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature, from any government or agency thereof, individual, or any other source such:  advisory services, grants-in-aid, and gifts and donations or money or other property for the benefit of the Legislative Reference Library and Museum.

     § 1506.  Authorization of Funds to Operate and Develop.
     The Truk District Chuuk State Legislature is hereby authorized to appropriate funds for the continued maintenance and development of the Legislative Reference Library and Museum, as well as for the procurement of desired materials, articles and personnel.

     § 1507.  Annual Reports.
     The President and the Speaker of the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature or his their designated representatives and the Legislative Reference Library and Museum personnel shall submit and annual report of the operations of the Legislative Reference Library and Museum to the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature at its regular session.
