§ 1031. Established.
There is hereby established a Truk Chuuk
Farmers' , Fishermen's, and Handicrafts Fair Fund.

§1032. Purpose.
The purpose of the Truk Chuuk Farmers' , Fishermen and Handicrafts Fair Fund is to pay for supplies, materials, prizes and other expenses incurred in the preparation for and holding of the Truk Chuuk
Farmers' , Fishermen and Handicrafts Fair. The funds appropriated shall be allocated for use in the following areas: Truk Chuuk Lagoon,
Lukeisel, Lower Mortlocks, Halls, Namunwitos, and Westerns, for purposes
pursuant to this Chapter.

§ 1033. Administration.
The Truk District Chuuk State Agriculturalist and the Truk District Chuuk State Fisheries Specialist shall administer the Truk Chuuk Farmers' , Fishermen and Handicrafts Fair Fund.

§ 1034. Annual report.
The Truk District Chuuk State Agriculturalist and the Truk District Chuuk State Fisheries Specialist shall submit an annual report on and accounting for the funds appropriated pursuant to this Chapter to the Truk District Chuuk State Legislature by May 10 of each year in both English and Trukese Chuukese with sufficient copies to provide one for each Legislator.

§ 1035. Appropriation
authorization.
There is hereby authorized an annual appropriation out of the General Fund of the Truk District Legislature Chuuk State of such sum as the Legislature deems necessary to carry out the purposes of this Chapter.
